Exercise in a heated pool allows individuals who suffer from mobility impairments to exercise and build their functional capacity to maintain their quality of life. Our classes run weekly under supervision of qualified exercise physiologists.

Functional Rehabilitation

A land based group exercise program designed to help manage and treat people with chronic disease and musculoskeletal disorders. This program is run weekly under the supervision of our Exercise Physiologist and is a great way to build your confidence exercising in a gym based environment.


1 in 3 people over 65 years+ will have a fall. Stepping On is a FREE 7 week Falls Prevention program for people 65 years+, who have fallen or are fearful of falling. Join us as our guest speakers discuss; strength and balance exercises, home hazards, safe footwear, vision and falls, safety in public places and medication. Our rehabilitation department is run by university qualified Exercise Physiologists. They are trained allied health professionals who have a primary role in the delivery of exercise for the prevention, management and treatment of a wide range of chronic diseases and musculoskeletal disorders.
