A challenging workout for intermediate to advanced participants. A high intensity class using a variety of equipment. 

Aqua Gentle (45 mins):
A low intensity, easy paced class designed for the Active over 50’s. 

Aqua Works (45 mins):
Aimed at beginner to intermediate participants. A continuous class of low to moderate pace. 

Aqua Zumba (45 mins):
Aqua Zumba® incorporates dance and fitness moves and fun, upbeat music.

BODYBALANCE® (60 mins):
Is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYPUMP® (60 mins):
Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. 

BODYCOMBAT® (60 mins):
Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. 

BODYATTACK® (60 mins):
Is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. 

CARDIO BLAST (60 mins):
A combination of drills, resistance training & cardiovascular conditioning. Pure adrenalin pumping action. Bring Your Gloves!

CORE BALL (50 mins):
Strengthen & sculpt your abs hips & back while challenging your balance & coordination. Great for beginners to advanced. 

GENTLE (45 mins):
A very low impact class for the Active Over 50’s, or for those returning to structured exercise.

BALL & STRETCH (45 mins):
Strengthen & sculpt your stomach, back & butt with this easy to follow ball class, followed by a stretch to length and relax.

CROSS TRAINER (50 mins):
A mix of a variety of styles. A great class to work on strength, fitness and core in a relaxed atmosphere.

RPM™ (45 mins):
is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. 

TABATA (45 mins):
Interval training based on the time principle of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 4 minutes per exercise. Tabata is one of the best ways to get fit & lose fat fast!

BUTT, THIGHS & ABS (50 mins):
this class is designed to sculpt and strengthen. Exercises are modifiable so you can work at your own pace.

KICK BOX (30 mins/55 mins):
Uses the freestanding punching bags for punching & kicking combinations. No partner work required. Bring your gloves!

YOGA (60 mins):
An ancient discipline using physical movement, breath & concentration. Yoga brings physical, mental & emotional balance & improves overall well-being. suit all levels of fitness/flexibility. A medium-paced class may involve familiar Yoga postures, a breath series and meditation to loosen & tone the body & quieten the mind. Expect to feel calm and energised at the end of a class.

PILATES (60 mins):
Designed to increase your flexibility, improve you muscle definition and posture.

SH’BAM® (45 mins):
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM® is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if dance isn’t your natural thing. 

ZUMBA (50 mins):
will work your body from head to toe with exhilarating workouts of exotic rhythms of salsa, cuba, samba, merengue & more.

CX WORX (30 mins):
This program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body. 

H.I.I.T. (60 mins):
High Intensity Training - this class is designed for those who want to maximise their fitness gains. Weights and intensity will be modified according to your ability.

POUND (45 mins):
A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.

LES MILLS GRIT ™:
Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises.

ABLE IN STABLE:
Tuesday / Thursday (40 mins) 11.15am
A safe gentle exercise program for people who are not quite at the Gentle Exercise stage. The exercises are performed while seated in chairs or standing, focusing on balance/strength and general well-being.
